The problem and solution

SamTech Motors was concerned about employees using ChatGPT due to potential risks related to PI, data security, and exposing company information.

As a solution, they developed their own AI assistant, SamGPT.

Despite the initial rollout, reports indicated that employees weren’t fully leveraging SamGPT, largely because they were unaware of its full capabilities.

To bridge this knowledge gap, the company decided to develop eLearning training to ensure employees could take full advantage of SamGPT.

MY PROCESS

I took full ownership of the SamGPT project, guiding it through every stage of the design process, from concept development and storyboarding to final implementation. To ensure the training was both accurate and aligned with SamTech Motors’ objectives, I conducted thorough research into AI best practices. I also partnered with a technology expert who acted as my Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering invaluable insights and feedback throughout the project’s development. By combining these resources and expert knowledge, I meticulously crafted the SamGPT training to provide a precise and effective learning experience.
